On June 20th we went to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house. It is such a beautiful temple (I know, what one isn't!) Livie was amazing and loved being there! Her favorite song to sing at bedtime has been "I Love to See The Temple" and she has us sing it everytime we ask what song she wants. Normally we have to sing it at least twice! When we told her we were going to go to the temple, she wouldn't stop asking us to sing it! The whole way down we sang "temple" I can't believe how smart she is! As soon as the temple was in her sight, she would point at it and say, "Temple, temple!"
As you can tell, it was a rather blustery day! I'm so grateful we were able to take our little girl to the temple! It was an amazing, spiritual day for us all!

I bought Liv some sidewalk chalk a couple of months ago. She absolutely loves it! Any opportunity she gets to color she will take! But the coolest part of all is that she gets to color outside. If I ask her if she would like to color, her response is, "Outside?" I'm so glad we bought it for her! 
It's amazing how fast she is growing. She is so tall that she is wearing 2T (and almost getting too tall for that!) but I can't seem to keep any clothing around her waist! She is my skinny minnie! Liv is a total toddler now. She speaks so well, we aren't worried much about terrible twos! As long as I take the time to communicate with her, she is actually very reasonable. I love to see how her little mind works!
This little drinking fountain is a family favorite. My parents have pictures of us kids at the lion when we were young, so we couldn't resist taking one of Livie! She wasn't sure about putting her head inside a lions mouth!!
